TUESDAY'S GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL ROUNDUP
#ctvb: Light day on the schedule. Check out the roundup below and look out for the girls' volleyball roundup tomorrow.
East Haven 3, Hamden 0: Alysha Ciscone had six digs and two kills, Amanda Bradley had four kills and four aces and Corinne Palmer added a kill and an ace as the Yellowjackets downed the Green Dragons in Hamden.
Mercy 3, Foran 0: Meghan Nelson had 13 kills and three aces, Nicole Kana had six kills and Jessica Hoops had 24 assists and two aces as the Tigers swept the Lions in Milford.
Mercy is 5-0 and Foran is 2-3.
Sheehan 3, West Haven 0: Ali Sperrazza had 11 kills and six digs, Makayla Ricci had seven kills and eight aces and Meghan Gavin added 23 assists to go along with Katie Read’s 17 digs as the Titans swept the Blue Devils.
Yenny Bayas had seven digs, WaverlyRose Brim had three kills, five digs and two blocks and Sarah Moran added eight digs for West Haven (1-5) in the loss to Sheehan (5-2, 1-1).
