Foran edges West Haven

Jay Lewicki hit a two-run single in the top of the ninth inning to lift visiting Foran to a 6-4 SCC interdivision victory over previously unbeaten West Haven.

Lewicki tallied three hits and Brian Ward tied the game with a run-scoring single in the seventh inning for Foran (6-3).

Kevin Croce had a two-run triple for West Haven (8-1).
