Best hoop player in Connecticut

So who do you think is better: Tevin Baskin from Trinity Catholic or Jordan Williams for Torrington? Or do you think someone else is the best boys' basketball player in the state?

Both Williams and Baskin begin play in Class L on Tuesday. The Class LL and M tournaments begin this evening.
