The captains of the 2013 Notre Dame-West Haven baseball team both signed national letters of intent on Monday.

Griffin Garabedian committed to UConn while Greg Zullo is headed to Stonehill.

As a junior last spring, Garabedian batted .388 and led the Green Knights with 21 runs scored and 15 stolen bases. He tied for second with Zullo, with 28 hits and had a .478 on base percentage. He also had three assists from his center field position.

In addition to his 28 hits, Zullo batted .406 and had a team high 19 RBIs with 18 runs and five doubles. He also went 3-2 with a 1.80 ERA.
