Due to the close proximity between the schools, Guilford and Hand are natural rivals.

Recently, Hand has been Guilford’s nemesis on the lacrosse field.

The Indians followed up wins over Sacred Heart Academy and Hamden, for which Guilford was named the Register Team of the Week, with an overtime victory over the Tigers, winning 10-8 last Monday.
