Hillhouse sophomore Kellie Davis was third in the 1,000 and fifth in both the 1,600 and 3,200.

Career's Paris Taft won the 600.

"She (Taft) did real well," Career coach Kareem Jackson said. "She's a hard worker. That's the type of kid you want on your team. She'll listen to everything you say. When you tell her anything, she does it. That type of work ethic comes out on the track."

Career’s Ashley Raymond was second in the high jump and fourth in the long jump. Teammate Briana Conyers finished fifth in both the long jump and the 55 hurdles.

"Ashley did well today," Jackson said. "Overall, I'm real proud of the kids. I can't complain. It's been a great year for us."

On the boys' side, Cheshire was fourth while Morgan was fifth. Cheshire’s Jake Scinto placed second in the high jump (6 feet, four inches), third in the long jump (22-9.5), and teamed with Matthew Brennan, Andrew Panther and Philip Caldwell to finish second in the sprint medley relay.

Morgan senior Nainy Bah won the 55 dash and the 300. Sheehan's Justin Doehr won the 600, while Fairfield Prep's Connor Rog won the 3,200 and Hand's Daniel Nestor claimed victory in the 1,600.
