New Location for Girls' SCC Championship

The SCC girls' basketball tournament championship game between top-seeded Hillhouse and No. 2 Career will be moved from West Haven High School to Wilbur Cross. The game will begin at 7 p.m. It is a needed switch. There was a packed house for the two semifinal games at West Haven Tuesday night and with an large anticipated crowd, SCC commissioner Al Carbone said Wilbur Cross is a more accommodating facility.
