Lundberg one to watch

Guilford wrestler Kyle Lundberg is the top seed at 160 pounds at the Class M state championsip. The championship rounds are set for Saturday at Windham. Championship quarterfinals will start at 9 a.m. The semifinals are expected to begin at 2 p.m. and the finals will start at 7 p.m.

Lundberg is 35-2 this season but has not lost in the SCC. He recently won the SCC title at 160 pounds.

As a sophomore, Lundberg went 32-5 followed by a 37-1 record as a junior when he finished second in the SCC, second in Class L and fourth at the State Open.

Lundberg has 134 career victories, which is a school record.
