Amaris signs with UMass-Lowell

Soccer player Bryan Amaris of West Haven will continue his career at UMass-Lowell next season.

Amaris, 18, played for Notre Dame-West Haven for his first three seasons. But when the U.S. Soccer Development Academy made the landmark decision nationwide to have players in the Academy commit 10 months a year to them, players had to make a decision and Amaris chose to play just for his U17/18 Academy team in South Central Premier, an organization he has played with since he was 12.

Amaris is a 5-foot-10 honors student at Notre Dame. Check out his full profile on the U.S. Soccer Development Academy website.
