Boys' hockey: Sunday games okay with Guilford coach Ralph Russo
The CIAC's recent decision to allow sports teams to make up postponed games on Sunday is a good idea according to Guilford coach Ralph Russo.
"Given the number of postponements across the state, Sunday afternoon, early evening games seem like a reasonable solution to keep the season on track. It wouldn't be our first choice but we would play on Sunday of we had to."
Guilford had its fourth game of the season postponed on Wednesday at Fitch/East Lyme/Ledyard. No makeup date yet.
