The Major League Baseball season begins tonight (the Braves vs. the Phillies), but the majority of the teams begin play on Monday. For our high school season, play begins on Wednesday for almost every sport.

our softball previews should run in Tuesday's editions while baseball is expected to go on Wednesday. Lacrosse will run at some point during this week. We've made a few changes how we present those previews to our readers.
