Isiah Barnes won the high jump and Jared Kech won the long jump to help Branford sweep Xavier, Hillhouse and host Shelton at a Southern Connecticut Conference meet on Tuesday.


Barnes cleared 5 feet, 10 inches and Kech jumped 18-3 for Branford. Anthony Genovese won the 100-meter dash and was a part of the victorious 4x400 relay team for Shelton. And Danny Lewis won the 110 hurdles for Hillhouse.
