The Big East Showcase, being held at Municipal Stadium in Waterbury Saturday and Sunday, is being run by Cincinnati Reds Minor League Instructor Darren Bragg.

Other instructors will include Bill Holowaty, head coach of Eastern Connecticut State University, as well as coaches from Sacred Heart University, Amherst College, and Brown University. Coaches from Columbia, Fairfield, George Washington, Umass, SCSU, Univeristy of Bridgeport, UConn-Avery Point, and many more will be there to evaluate and search for players.

So far over 50 players have registered for the showcase.

There is limited space remaining as the two-day event has a ceiling of 80 players. Anyone interested can request an invite to register on www.bigeastshowcase.com.
